Services

We offer professional hairstyling services including braiding, bridal styling, creative looks (vintage, editorial, avant garde), and the sale of premium hair extensions and products.

All services are subject to availability and may vary by stylist or booking schedule.

Appointments & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Full payment is due on the service date.
Late arrivals (30 mins) may result in shorter service time or cancellation without refund.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit.
Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Products

All hair and beauty product sales are final, except where the item is faulty upon delivery.
Report faulty items within 7 days, with photo evidence.
