Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: You can book online through our “Book Online” page.

Simply select your service, choose a date, deposit and confirm.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late changes or missed appointments may incur a fee. Kindly check our policy during booking.

Q: Do I need to prep my hair or bring anything?

A: Yes, please arrive with clean, detangled hair. Braiding hair is provided for all styles, but bundles, frontals, and custom extensions are not included unless stated. Always check the service description for specific details.

Q: Do you offer mobile services?

A: No, I do not offer general mobile services. However, I do travel for bridal hairstyling, fashion shows, or special bookings that require on-site styling. All other appointments take place at our studio.

Q: Do you offer hairstyling training?

A: Yes! We offer 1-on-1 and group training in braiding, frontal installs, bridal styling, and more. Visit our Training section or contact us to get started.

Q: Can I bring my own hair bundles, wigs, or frontals for installs?

A: Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own bundles, wigs, or frontals for installs. However, braiding extensions are provided by us as we use a specific type and texture that works best for our styles.
